If your garment is faulty or doesn’t fit, please return it to us within 10 days of delivery and we will happily exchange the garment if your size is available. Where the item is sold out, a full refund will be issued via your original payment method.
Please note that briefs may not be exchanged or refunded due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty or not shipped as you ordered. Sale items also cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty or not shipped as ordered. Please choose carefully as no exchanges or refunds are available for change of mind.
All returned garments must be unworn, be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
A Return Authority Form enclosed in your return parcel must be completed for all exchanges and refunds. This Form is issued and authorised by our Head Office. To obtain a copy please contact us on (02) 8337 9831. Please complete the form and include as much detail as possible to ensure a speedy process.
